CrossFit Teens
This class is designed to provide an environment for high school athletes to increase their general strength and conditioning levels and provide a strong base for specific sport training. The goal is to help on-field performance and decrease the risk of injury during the season. This class is not only for athletes though! The program can be modified for any high school age individuals and is open for all fitness levels.
CrossFit Preschool & Kids
Our philosophy is to teach kids to move better through practice; to use novelty and intensity to create a fun environment of constant progress, and to maintain education as our primary goal for kids.
